Tony Martorano
President/Co-Founder
Tony is the President and Co-Founder and is responsible for setting the marketing and sales strategy for the company.  In addition, he has P&L responsibility for the Chicago Region. 

Prior to starting BroadPeak, Tony was National Director of Strategic Accounts at a large international professional services firm where he assisted in building the company to $500 million.  Earlier in his career, Tony worked for Deloitte and other professional service organizations in progressively extensive leadership positions. 

As a client service professional, Tony has extensive experience working with clients in pre and post acquisition integration, revenue acceleration implementations, and capital raising.

Tom Hrinowich
COO/Co-Founder
Tom is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder and is responsible for the overall operations of the company.  In addition, Tom leads the Business Performance Management service line.

Prior to starting BroadPeak, Tom was the Managing Director for an international professional services firm.  In this role, Tom had full P&L responsibility for the firm's Chicago office as well as responsibility for managing relationships with many of its largest clients.  Earlier in his career, Tom was a Regional Marketing Director at HCm, a leading provider of decision support products and services to the healthcare industry.  In this role, Tom led many large scale financial and operational consulting projects.

Tom's experience includes process reengineering, new product/service development and the application of analytical technologies.  A popular speaker, Tom has spoken on a number of topics including Healthcare Decision Support Strategies, Small Business Outsourcing and Application of Analytic Technologies.  Tom earned his MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, holds a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and currently resides in the Chicago area with his wife and five children.  Tom can be contacted at (224) 293-5502 or thrinowich@broadpeak.us.



Joe Slater
Vice President - Indianapolis
Joe comes to BroadPeak with an extensive background in accounting and professional services.  He spent the first 10 years of his career with Arthur Andersen in the audit and outsourcing practices. 

Since leaving Andersen he has become a veteran and entrepreneur in the world of consulting, outsourcing and professional services.  Throughout his career Joe has helped both local and global companies ensure financial success by driving process assurance and process improvement solutions in their businesses. 

Joe has worked with companies such as:  Cummins, Rolls Royce, American Airlines, Time Warner, Eli Lilly, Tyco, Ingersoll Rand, Hillenbrand Industries, and St. Vincent Health.  Joe is a graduate of Purdue’s Krannert School of Management and currently resides in the Indianapolis area with his wife and three children. Joe can be contacted at (317) 847-7899 or jslater@broadpeak.us.
